Jonathan Hamp

Jonathan is the Founding Director of the Thermagrip business, having begun his professional career as a graphic designer he started a business that combined his creative, problem-solving skills with thermoplastics.

With over 20 years experience in the thermoplastics industry and a career in developing and implementing innovative pre-formed thermoplastic solutions Jonathan fostered a passion for creating DDA compliant, anti-slip products that serve the public, leisure, and industrial sectors.

Through his dedication and his collaborations with European thermoplastic manufacturers, chemists and industry leaders in step technology he developed Thermagrip, a unique and IP protected anti-slip solution for steps and walkways.

Ed Williams

Ed started his first company directly from university which he’s built into an award-winning design and marketing agency working with national and international brands.

Over the years Ed has built a portfolio of company interests while also providing advisory services to other development businesses.

Ed has a wealth of experience ranging from strategic, management, financial and hands on operational.

Ed is probably best described as a strategic creative who is well versed in identifying and overcoming challenges.

Ed’s experience spans most sectors including leisure, healthcare, property development, technologies, fashion, manufacturing, education, professional and public.
